The Rutgers-Camden Career Center offers employers access to highly motivated students and alumni. We look forward to assisting our employers in connecting with students and alumni in order to meet their recruiting needs.
The Employer Relations Coordinator will work with employer partners to create a customized recruiting strategy that is mutually beneficial for organizations and our students/alumni. Employers are welcome to share industry-specific information and full-time and internship opportunities through information sessions, networking events, career fairs and our employment system, Handshake.
Employers have many opportunities to increase their visibility and establish a presence on our campus through the following:
- Attending our career fairs
- Hosting employer information sessions
- Participating in career panel seminars
- Co-facilitating workshops such as interviewing skills and resume review
- Co-sponsoring campus/club events
- Partnering with faculty for classroom interaction
